Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

At Junk It Out Technologies Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide a seamless, reliable, and transparent booking experience. Due to the logistical nature of waste management, which involves scheduling crews and routing transport vehicles, we have established the following policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and returns.
1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. You may cancel your scheduled pickup request subject to the following timelines:
- Free Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel a pickup request completely free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled arrival time.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a nominal logistics and dispatch cancellation fee. This fee covers the operational costs, fuel, and time of our deployed agents who were already routed to your location.

2. Rescheduling Policy
If you simply need to change the date or time of your pickup rather than canceling entirely, we offer flexible rescheduling:
- Rescheduling requests made at least 12 hours in advance are processed entirely free of charge.
- We will work with you to find the next available time slot that fits your schedule.
3. Refund Policy
Most of our standard residential services are billed upon completion. However, large commercial clearances, multi-truck dispatches, or specialized e-waste collections may require an advance payment. Our refund terms for such payments are as follows:
- Eligible Refunds: If a booking required an advance payment and is successfully canceled within the 12-hour free cancellation window, a full 100% refund will be processed.
- Partial Refunds: If a late cancellation occurs on a prepaid booking, the logistics fee will be deducted from the advance amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are strictly credited back to the original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking) used during the booking. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
4. Return & Replacement Policy (Strictly Prohibited)
Due to the specific environmental and logistical nature of our junk disposal, clearance, and recycling services, we must enforce a strict "No Returns" policy:
- Irreversible Process: Returns or replacements are strictly impossible once your discarded items have been picked up, loaded into our transport vehicles, and depart your premises.
- Commingling of Waste: Once items are placed in our trucks, they are immediately mixed with other collected waste, compressed, or sent to dismantling and recycling facilities. They cannot be retrieved, isolated, or returned under any circumstances.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are strongly advised to thoroughly double-check all items designated for pickup before handing them over to our field agents. It is your sole responsibility to ensure no valuable, wanted, or sentimental items are accidentally disposed of.
5. Service Failure & Guarantee
We pride ourselves on punctuality and reliability. If our agents are unable to complete a scheduled pickup due to reasons entirely within our control (such as a vehicle breakdown or logistical error):
- We will prioritize your booking and reschedule the service at your earliest convenience at no additional cost.
- If an advance payment was made and you prefer not to reschedule following a service failure on our end, a full refund will be issued immediately without any deduction.
