Welcome to Junk It Out Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the waste management, junk removal, and recycling services we provide. By booking our services or accessing our website, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Geographical Limitations

To schedule a pickup or utilize our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. Our services are currently hyper-local and strictly limited to our designated operational city limits in and around Malur, Karnataka. We do not provide cross-border services, nor do we engage in the international export or import of waste materials.

2. Ownership & Indemnification

By instructing us to remove items from your property, you explicitly represent and warrant that you are the sole and legal owner of the items, or that you have obtained full, authorized permission from the legal owner to dispose of them. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Junk It Out Technologies Pvt Ltd, its agents, and employees against any claims, damages, or legal actions brought by third parties regarding the ownership or disposal of the collected items.

3. Customer Responsibilities & Site Access

To ensure a safe and efficient pickup, the customer agrees to the following responsibilities:

• Provide our field agents with safe, unhindered, and reasonable access to the items designated for removal.
• Ensure that pets and children are kept at a safe distance while heavy lifting is taking place.
• Communicate any specialized dismantling needs or challenging access routes (e.g., narrow stairs, lack of service elevators) at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in additional labor charges or the need to reschedule the pickup.

4. Right of Refusal & Prohibited Items

For the safety of our personnel, adherence to environmental compliance, and compliance with local municipal laws, our field agents reserve the absolute right to refuse the collection of any item upon visual inspection. We strictly prohibit the collection of the following:

• Hazardous Materials: Chemicals, wet paints, motor oils, solvents, antifreeze, and asbestos-containing materials.
• Biohazards & Medical Waste: Syringes, biological waste, and pharmaceutical products.
• Dangerous Goods: Explosives, firearms, ammunition, illicit substances, and pressurized tanks (e.g., propane).

5. Payment Terms & Currency

We strive to offer transparent, upfront pricing. All quotes, invoices, and online transactions are processed exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Standard Residential Pickups: Payments are due in full immediately upon the successful completion of the clearance service at your premises.
• Commercial & Bulk Clearances: Large-scale office clear-outs, specialized e-waste extractions, or heavily demanding logistical tasks may require an advance payment of up to 20% before our fleet and crew are dispatched.
• Payment Methods: We accept UPI, Net Banking, credit/debit cards, and corporate bank transfers. Late payments on commercial invoices may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Junk It Out Technologies Pvt Ltd exercises the utmost care and professionalism while operating on your property. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We shall not be held liable for minor, unavoidable scuffs, scratches, or superficial damage to floors, walls, or doorframes that occur during the standard removal of large, excessively bulky items.
• Once an item is loaded into our transport vehicles, it legally becomes the property of Junk It Out Technologies Pvt Ltd. We are not liable for the disposal, loss, or destruction of valuable items that the customer accidentally included in the junk pile.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service delays due to traffic, weather, or logistical circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the Junk It Out logo, text, graphics, images, and software, is the intellectual property of Junk It Out Technologies Pvt Ltd and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material from this site without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Karnataka, India.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of our website or booking of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
